    I recently purchased a new domain with blue host and need to delete my old site

    Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff).
    WP.com: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi, sure thing. We just need to get that site downgraded properly so you can delete it.

    Downgrading will remove any third party themes or plugins you’ve added. You may also lose other changes and content you’ve made since adding them. Can you confirm this is fine with you? If you need anything from the site, or if there’s any doubt whether everything transferred to the new host, please export the site and media first:
