I need to delete one of my sites

  delete site
  I have two sites and one I can get to the dashboard but on the one I want to delete I cant get to the dashboard. It was the site I initially opened up with just because the site I wanted to join let me get a discount for createing a wordpress blog page. A year later that I actually want to start blogging I find I cannot get rid of the first page that has nothing to do with me or what I want to showcase. How can I get rid of it on my wordpress?

  is the site that is on my login, I do not know how to subscribe to it. I believe it may be just a link to the website instead. since I was able to access http://www.4pillarsofinvesting.com/ prior to creating an account on word press. My other blog site has the settings symbol when I hover over the name on my wordpress sites page. but 4 pillars does not. Thank you for your help.
