  Of what site are you speaking? It is not possible to install WordPress yourself on WordPress.com, as we are a managed hosting provider who takes care of that for you.

  If you’re speaking of a site using the open source version of WordPress at another hosting provider, please contact support at that hosting provider directly for help doing this via FTP.
