All our plans, by default, renew every year so, since you’ve not canceled them, this is why you were charged for the renewal.
We’re happy to refund your purchase though I can see you’ve opened a dispute a few months ago and we’re not able to do anything when it’s still under a review. Please bear in mind that these may take a long time to be resolved.
If you are able to cancel the dispute, let us know so we can issue a refund, otherwise, you’ll want to wait until the dispute is solved.

Once you’re able to have the dispute cancelled we can process a refund directly. Our refund will take about 10 days to reach you. Leaving the dispute in place, will eventually result in a refund but it typically takes several months.
