I need to discuss my billing information with a human

    Hello,

    I upgraded my Akismet to the business version and should receive credits for the old Pro version.

    I did not receive the credits and the payment was to high. I tried talking to the wordpress chatbot who says type ‘talk to human’ to talk to human.

    But then i get a message i need a paid subscription to wordpress.com to discuss my billing history. WHAT THE FUCK?!

    Please help me with this purchases problem.
