i need to download mp3s from my media files

  how do i download large mp3 files from the media file… all i can see to do is play them. i need to download an mp3 and allow the user to save it to his computer.

  Thanks timethief. But all that link does is open a black screen with a very simple player for playback. it does not allow the user to download the mp3 file to his disk drive. HELP!
