I need to edit a new domain. Edit button there, but not working!

I need to edit a new domain I registered as the primary domain. I followed all indications in WordPress help. I created a new CNAME, I paid for your domain stuff – the 13 dollars payment – and all is supposedly ok. What I wanted is to add my wordpress blog, to my company’s website hence the new url for my blog would be blog.mycompanyswebsite.com
but this doesn’t work. I cannot see my blog, I just see my company’s website. :-(I think I need to edit my domain to try it out – if the change helps – but the edit button doesn’t work

Sorry about the confusion. It seems like you want to map a subdomain? So instead of mapping brightpathinnovation.com you would like to map blog.brightpathinnovation.com? In order to do this, you would need to map that directly as seen here:
If that’s what you would like to do, I can remove the currently domain mapping for brightpathinnovation.com and switch it to the subdomain you want.

hmmm. I don’t understand perfectly this stuff, but according the instructions I followed, I think yes.
I need to make the url of my blog innovationmodelsdesign.wordpress.com to be blog.pathinnovation.com instead.
Is this right?
A bonus question: In the settings of my website, shall I add the CNAME ‘blog.pathinnovation.com’ pointing to innovationmodelsdesign.wordpress.com?

Yes you will ned the subdomain instead of just the domain mapping. Please review the guide above on specific instructions.

Yes – you will need to add the CNAME for the subdomain. Add a CNAME record through the registrar where you purchased your domain or through your DNS provider.
I have updated your domain mapping to: blog.brightpathinnovation.com
