  I have hired someone to edit this website, but they can’t get in because I don’t have my username and password. The previous site was hosted by namecheap.

  If that isn’t working, your host may be able to help you make backups and use one of these recovery options:

  As long as you can log into your hosting account, you should be able to regain access.
