I need to export a large site to a "dead" site and it won't work.
-
I work for The Griffon News and we use WordPress for our website and it is very outdated. The site is passed from editor to editor and so I don’t have access to the original editor who made the site. We have a pretty large site as we have had it for a while and so have a lot of content. What I am trying to do is export our content to a “dead” site so I can mess with the themes to update our site and see how the site reacts to the changes so I don’t lose anything or change anything by accident. I have exported the files but I get the error Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted before any posts are displayed in the xml and none of the pages or authors are transferring in either.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
