  Have you tried to reset the password for the other WordPress.com account you are referring to? You can do that on this page. https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

  If you do not have access to the email inbox associated with that WordPress.com account, you can try to use the account recovery process as outlined here. https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/
