    I installed a new theme and it was not what I was looking for. Will you please give me a clean slate again so I can start over for my assignment?

    We can certainly bulk delete everything for you – you may wish to download the content via tools > Import, just for record-keeping sakes, just in case you need anything at any point in time.

    Before proceeding, can you tell me what led you to this point? Is there something that didn’t work as expected, or wasn’t clear – the reason why I ask is that our product is constantly advancing, and we’re always open to feedback.

    Once deleted, what do you want to do next with your site? You’re starting with a clean slate at that point, and I can provide steps on you could get the site up and running quicker than before, and let you know what you need.
