    I need to have our domain name exported to our web designer. Can you unlock the domain and send me the authorization code to begin the transfer? Thank you.

    Hi there,

    Of what domain are you speaking? The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any domain upgrades on WordPress.com.

    If you’re speaking of the hope4allmh.com domain connected to the site in your account, that domain belongs to a different admin on the site. Only that other account that owns the domain can start a transfer.

    Log into the other admin account, or if it’s not yours ask the owner of that account to follow these steps to initiate the transfer:

    Only the domain owner can do this. We can’t even do it at the domain owner’s request.
