I need to import my site into a free domain

  I’ve had my site as a paid domain but need to transfer it to a free one. It is hosted by WP on a different server. I’ve backed up the data through an ftp but don’t have the xml file that WP is now asking for. Therefore, I have no idea what to do. Your help is appreciated.

  This “The blog I need help with is ourowngardens.wordpress.com.” is NOT correct. It is another one – ourownfuture
