I need to know how to set up a page to display posts (not on front page)

I need to know how to set up a page to display posts (not on front page) – I have managed to set up the About page (a static page) as home page which is what I want, but I want the post page not just to have a link to posts through archive but display the actual posts, most recent at the top – http://jolimont7.wordpress.com/posts/
Blog url: http://jolimont7.wordpress.com/The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Follow the instructions in this support page and create a “posts” page (#5, 6 and 7).

I did that already, the problem is that I’m not getting a page displaying all the posts, it just displays a link to them all through ‘archives’ – I want the page itself to display all the posts underneath the title ‘posts’
Thanks in advance -
Go to settings > reading and make sure that “posts” is selected as the “posts” page in the pulldown underneath the front page selection pulldown.
