I need to make changes and get a refund that I donʻt need a "mobile" bill on cc.

  Hi, I created a web blog a while back and this morning paid for the bare minimum for the web blog and paid with my gift card (Visa) but did not know that when I clicked the “mobile” section, that i donʻt have a phone like that so I want to ask that you remove that cost from my credit card and put it back…can you help me these and now to do a new site?

  WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
  Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard
