I need to move my followers and suscribers to my new self-hosted website

Hello,
I have a big problem, I need to move my followers and suscribers to my new self hosted website.
I had try to use the migration tools but I don’t see the tools, the link “migrate followers” not appear.
I think wordpress do not understand that it’s a jetpack-connected website and displays it as if it were a wordpress.com website.
I really need help quickly, it is very important to my business and I’m a little bit lost without it…

Are you referring to migrating subscribers from one self hosted install to another? If you are, then you need JetPack support.

If you are referring to moving subscriber from a WordPress.COM hosted blog to a self hosted WordPress.ORG install please provide both of the URLs.

I would moving subscribers and followers from a wordpress.COM to a self hosted in OVH. I have already installed and activated Jetpack and also the subscriptions module, I have follow all the step for the migrations tool and it didn’t work. I had also contacted the support for the migration since one week but no answers…

My stats stop at the site of change and I have no subscribers.
When I publish a arcticle nen person receives notification.

I’m happy to move your stats for you as well. You should see the merged stats now.
I checked on your subscribers, they have been moved.
If you still aren’t seeing the changes, could you click the yellow update button next to the name of your site?
