I need to move my followers to my self hosted wordpress.org site

  Hi,
  I need to get some support in moving my followers and subscribers over from my wordpress.com site to my new self-hosted wordpress.org site. I was also wondering if it’s possible to move your views over too?

  Provided you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and you post the relevant URL(s) into a forum thread, Staff will do the transfer of both subscribers and stats for you. Do that now please as I have tagged this thread for their attention.

  Okay thanks, I’ve already got JetPack up and running but I need to add my URLs.
