    With a little bit more information we can give you some direction. What site are you wanting to move to WordPress.com?

    Hi!

    You can choose from and upgrade to a paid plan in your dashboard when you are logged into WordPress.com.

    On the left side in your dashboard > click Plan > and the different Plans along with included options will be shown. The Upgrade buttons will send you to the next steps.

    One item to note here – the Business Plan will let you install plugins, whereas the Premium will give you only some pre-installed plugins, and the Personal will remove the ads and let you pick a custom domain name.
