I need to move one blog to another and close out the first blog. How?

    What happens when I import one of my wordpress blogs (premium) to a new wordpress blog (premium) and discontinue the first wordpress blog?

    Hi there,

    If all of the content from your old WordPress.com blog has been imported into the new WordPress.com blog, you no longer need the first blog — your new blog contains all of your old blog’s content. You can let the Premium upgrade expire on your old blog if you no longer want it, and that blog will revert to a free WordPress.com blog.

    You can also choose to change your privacy settings on your old blog so only you and other members of the site can view it when logged in, or you can permanently delete your old blog.

    If you want to keep the custom domain from your old blog, please let me know and I can help you with that. If you let the custom domain expire along with the Premium upgrade on your old blog, you will lose ownership of the domain and there is no guarantee that you will be able to use it again in the future.
