I need to pay for my website domain that expired but it won’t let me.

  I need to renew my website that expired after my card on file didn’t go through. The warning emails were sent to my old email address. How can I update my card and keep my domain name?? Thanks!

  Hello, the site I’m trying to renew is sarinawilliams.com. When I try to renew it, it takes me to another page that tells me I need to put in my chosen site domain and when I put it in it tells me it’s not available.

  Hi –

  It looks like that domain was registered through MAFF Inc. rather than WordPress.com. Have you contacted them about this?

  Im not sure who MAFF inc is. How do I find out who they are? They are not affiliated with you guys?

  http://www.maff.com is the domain registrar with whom your domain is registered and hosted. They are not in any way affiliated with WordPress.com, no.
