I need to place a frame around my paragraph blocks…help

  I’m working on a site using the Charitize theme and I want to add a frame/broder around my paragraph blocks. I’m using a temp domain right now because I’m rebuilding an existing site. the temp address is http://j97.443.myftpupload.com
  Can someone please help?
