    Hey there! You must update your name servers. The domain appears to be registered with WordPress.com so here are the steps you must follow in order to update the name servers: https://en.support.wordpress.com/change-name-servers/

    Hi there, thanks for you fast replay.
    The problem is that i don’t have the Domain Management on my account or i don’t see it to update the name server.
    Please i need help to located the domain managment opccion on my wordpress account.

    Please login to your WordPress.com account and after that access this link: https://wordpress.com/domains/manage/

    There you will see a list with your domains – click on the domain you want to manage and after that, you will be able to manage the domain DNS settings.

    Hi Liz,
    Let me tell the history.
    about three year ago I opened WordPress account and paid a domain.
    http://www.maringoldencleaning.com
    A year ago for school I opened SiteGround account and brought my domain to SiteGround. In some point i paid renew domain thru SiteGround. it been working well until a week ago.
    I called to side Siteground to tell them why my website doesn’t work and they told me that i need to call the original seller of my domain which is WEST DOMAINS, LLC and tell them I need to point my domain’s name servers to the following:
    ns1.us5.siteground.us
    ns2.us5.siteground.us
    But West Domain told me that they don’t have access to this because WordPress sold this domain for them as reseller.
    According wordpress forum i can rename the servers thru my account in domain management opcion, but i can’t find this opcion in my account to do my self.
    I hope you understand the problem and can help to fix the problem.

    Hi Dragoso,
    I got in that point but the screen doesn’t give the DNS settings, the screen says this “Domains are not available for this site.
    I hope you can read my commentary which i post with lizkarkoski to understand the problem.

    Thank you for sharing those details.

    There are a few things going on here.

    First, maringoldencleaning.com was registered through WordPress.com but the domain failed to be renewed and it expired the back at the beginning of January. The good news is that the domain is still in redemption and we can help you get it back.

    To do this, our domain partner will charge an $80 redemption fee. I need to verify that you agree to that payment before we go forward with the redemption process.

    When a domain expires we hold on to it for a few weeks to give users a chance to make the renewal before it gets removed from the account and goes in to redemption. This is where you are at right now.

    The second part of this puzzle is that you are not signed in to the correct account. The domain maringoldencleaning.com is not connected to this user account. We need to hear from you under the correct user account to go forward.
