I need to reclaim my hebergement with WordPress

I am trying desperately to recover my account. The webmaster that I hired has been absent for over a month and will not reply to my messages. She paid for the migration from Wix to WordPress back in March and I have that invoice but I do not have a transaction ID, URL, key or authentication codes as she has everything in HER name. But I can certainly send you the migration email from Wix and the invoice that the web master sent me for the price of migrating my platform and domain from Wix to WordPress. Thank you for your help. I’m not seeing any record of that domain or your site ever being registered or hosted here at WordPress.com.
Could you have built a site with the open-source WordPress software from WordPress.org and hosted it elsewhere?
