I need to recover my blog after 7 years

  How can I do this? It has been 7-8 years since I am not writing my blog and there is no way I can access it. The email I was using was the university I was working for. The uni is closed down and I lost all my access to emails all of a sudden 6 years ago. What can I do? Please help me
