    Hi tsalimix,

    It looks like the domain was just renewed through next year. If you’ve removed your site from WordPress.com, you should still own the domain, and there are a few options for moving your domain. You can transfer to another registrar, or you can simply point your domain to a new hosting company. There’s more information on those options on this support page: https://en.support.wordpress.com/move-domain/

    Hi tsalimix,

    The plan (which included your domain) has already been refunded but if you go ahead and purchase a new plan, I can restore studiocreativony.com. We’ll need to do this quickly as the domain will be released back into the pool of available domains in around five days time.

    Thank you so much for your answers.

    I would like to keep my domain name and if this requires to purchase a new plan, I could do it. The problem is that I tried to use the wordpress templates and I was not able to create what I wanted. This was the main reason that I had to cancel my plan and I wouldn’t like to continue with wordpress.com.
    Is there a way to keep my domain name “studiocreativony.com” and transfer it quickly to Wix? Do you think the way to do it is to wait until the domain name is back into the pool and buy it again? Or should I purchase a new wordpress plan with this domain name and eventually keep the domain and cancel again my plan?

    Hi there,

    If you want to use the domain somewhere else, it might be simplest just to wait – the domain should be released again within two or three days, at which point you can register it directly with the hosting provider where you want to use it.

    Else we can still restore it to your account, and then you can point it to another provider while keeping it registered here instead. I’ve sent a payment link to you via email. Once we receive your payment I can then restore your domain for you.
