I need to recover my website

  I did the managed wordpress with Godaddy and lost my WordPress website. If there any way to recover it directly in WordPress and change my hosting?

  Hi @ohmarketingtrinidad, I’m sorry to hear that! Are they able to recover the site for you?

  The free WordPress code itself doesn’t have a way to keep backups of itself. That usually requires some kind of service-based plugin, like Jetpack Backup. But your host, especially if it’s managed hosting, can probably help you restore a backup.

  We are a different managed hosting provide (so separate from the code, too). If you were hosting with us, we’d have a way to get the site back. But since it was never hosted on our servers before, there’s not much we can do from this end. Once it’s restored, you’d be welcome to move to our hosting if you’d like. Just let us know and we’ll help you get that going.
