  My domain is novicemommy.com. And my blog has completely disappeared from my WP dashboard. I purchased my domain through WP and was told I had to contact WP.com to get it redirected but I have been unsuccessful at getting the help I need to do so. :-(

  novicemommy.com is not associated with the account that you’ve contacted us from. You’ll need to login to the correct account to find it listed in your dashboard.

  and was told I had to contact WP.com to get it redirected

  You will need to submit the lost password form or account recovery form to gain access to that account.
