I need to redirect my domains MX 10 records

  I have directed my domain name to my wordpress blog, this has resulted in my email stopping working. Apparently I need to ask you to update my domain MX records to:
  MX 10 athena.hosts.co.uk
  MX 10 hermes.hosts.co.uk

  Can I do this myself or do you need to get it done for me.

  Note: you need to add a full stop character (period) at the end of each MX Record
