I NEED TO REEDEM MY SITE'S BUSINESS SUBSCRIPTION Please some help here.!!!!

    I purchased a Business Year subscription for my site, but i had to move my domain to other service because wordpress was not what i was looking for, i had to erase my domain from wordpress and this somehow deleted my purchased or something, but i need this purchase of $299 for one Year of Business for a new site with a new domain. CAN PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP ME, I DONT WANT TO LOSE MY MONEY AND I NEED TO REDEEM THIS PURCHASE.

    If you could elaborate what did you do last , if you have cancelled your purchase you give up on all the time with the subscription. Here is more information to understand better

    To start a new domain , you might have to start fresh with a new subscription. Hope this helps. Let us know if you need any further information…!

    You had a Business plan and mapped a domain registered through GoDaddy. Domain mapping was included in the plan — which expired in February this year.

    If you wish to renew [redacted], please contact GoDaddy.

    but i need this purchase of $299 for one Year of Business for a new site with a new domain.

    You can add a Business plan back to your site from this page:

    The domain can be mapped using the domain credit included in your plan. However, it domain needs to be renewed through GoDaddy before it will work.

    Hey, that’s a lie, this have nothing to do with my site on Godaddy, i have nothing expired, you guys have not clue of what are you talking about, my subscription with WordPress just got deleted and i don’t know why because i did not deleted it, and i’m not going to lose the money i paid for a subscription that was till Dec 2017.

    Nobody from wordpress seems to care or even have desire for help customers, and i am in this almost one month ago.

    I’m not going to buy a new plan or something when i already did, and wordpress eliminated my plan and all my rights to use it, i paid for it, so wordpress gotta give me back my plan or refund me the money i paid for it.

    Hi there,

    i’m not going to lose the money i paid for a subscription that was till Dec 2017

    You don’t need to lose your money, I’ve added the Business plan back to your site, which includes domain mapping for [redacted]. It will be due for renewal on 2017-12-02. If you visit your site now, you’ll see everything is working as it was before the plan was cancelled :)

    this have nothing to do with my site on Godaddy

    The WHOIS information for your domain is showing it to be registered with GoDaddy:

    I just wanted to let you know that any renewal will need to take place through GoDaddy. The domain is only mapped through WordPress.com.

    Apologies I said the plan expired in February, I misread the date.

    How can be working right, when i transfered my Domain to other Host, and it is not mapped anymore with wordpress, because WordPress did not worked for My Business?. What i need is, my subscription activated again for my WordPress that now does not have Domain, because i am plaining to add a new and keep using what i paid for on WordPress.

    AGAIN THIS HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH GO DADDY, OUR DOMAIN IS WORKING PERFECTLY WITH OTHER HOST.

    WE NEED THE SUBSCRIPTION WE PAID ON WORDPRESS, CAN SOMEBODY UNDERSTAND PLEASE?

    How do i stop my site to create new tabs for open Menu items, i checked and when i create the menus, the option for -open in a new tab- is not choose. can you please check in my site or tell me what can i do?. I want to open the menus in the same window.

    The links in your menu are opening in the same window for me. Is a specific link opening in a new tab?

    @fundacioncorazonvioleta : Even I checked your sites , your links open on the same page, probably in your browser , clicks are set to open in a new tab , so you might have to just quickly cross check your browser settings.. or as Gemmacevans mentioned , if you could share the specific link , we could help you better.
