Hi there,
You can use a service like https://snipboard.io/ to grab and screenshot and paste the link into this thread.
Also, what’s the domain name in question and are you certain that you have registered it through us (WordPress.com)?

That domain is owned by a different account that the ones you used to post to this forum thread. To manage that domain you need to log in to that other account.
If you cannot access that account please follow our Account Recovery guide:

Since this is a public forum, I did redact the information you provided, but it does confirm your account ownership. Are you having trouble accessing the account? Do you no longer have the login credentials.
I see that the nameservers are pointed elsewhere. If you are able to log in, let me know, and I’d be happy to assist you in updating the nameservers. If you are not able to log in, we can email you and assist you in restoring account access.
Thanks,

If you’re unable to access that account, please submit the account recovery form as explained at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/
You can enter the transaction ID you have on that form to verify your ownership, and then someone from our account recovery team will follow up via email to help you regain access. We cannot help with that process here in the public forums.
That said, the domain, myothersix.com, is currently pointing to GoDaddy’s servers using the name servers,
ns05.domaincontrol.comandns06.domaincontrol.com.I do see the domain doesn’t appear to have any other DNS records, but that’s something that’s controlled on GoDaddy’s end, not ours.

I need to replace the nameservers with these:
ns21.domaincontrol.com
ns22.domaincontrol.comOtherwise, I cannot access my mail.
Please assist.
Thank you

Sure thing. In order to work on the domain settings you need to be signed in to the correct account. Log out and back in under the drjgweekh account.
If you are unable to do that, then you should use the payment details to regain access to the account.
Once you’re signed in correctly, write back to us here and we can update the name servers —
Or you can do it from the account by clicking on My Site – Manage – Domains – Edit DNS – Name Servers.

-
@drjgweekh, here’s the direct link where you can edit your name servers:
https://wordpress.com/domains/manage/myothersix.com/name-servers/myothersix.wordpress.com
You’ll get there also if you click on your domain name and then on Name Servers and DNS.
If for whatever reason you are not able to get there, let me know and I’ll help you out. -
-
You need to be logged in as
drjgweekhto use that link and update the name servers. At the moment it appears you’re again logged in as
leadingmyothersix, and you won’t be able to do it as that account. But as you did confirm here using the correct account I’ve gone ahead and made this change for you.
