  Hello,
  I have somehow added an image on the homescreen but cannot figure out how to remove it.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  which image are you referring to? The mountains with trees that are on your homepage? You can edit that page from My Site>Site>Pages and opening the one called Home.
  You can also directly create a new page and set that one as your front page in My Site>Design>Customize>Homepage Settings.
