  How to rename my wordpress site ?
  It is now named http://fincheu.wordpress.com
  I would like it to be http://finchee.wordpress.com

  I’m afraid someone beat you to it. That site name was created ten years ago. Although there has been no activity since, the address belongs to someone else.

  Is there any way to rename fincheu.wordpress.com to another name (not exactly to finchee.wordpress.com) ? Is it possible to remove fincheu.wordpress.com and to create another using different name ?

  Why not just create another free site with a different name. It is amazing how many people here rename their free sites and later regret doing so when they find the first address has been deleted forever and they can’t change it back.
