I need to renew a domain!

  I can’t use the contact form for some reason (it says my domain doesn’t exist). The email account on the registered domain isn’t valid, and I can’t login to my wordpress account to renew my domain that expired on 4/24/15. I called the 3rd party on my whois, and they said I have to contact WP directly.

  PS…the blog above is not the one I need help with. I created this account so that I could get help! I can’t believe that there isn’t a way for me to contact anyone at WP!

  I have my transaction ID from 2012. I have had my domain since 2011.

  I have marked this for a staff to look into.
  Meanwhile please do provide the username that the domain was purchased with and the name of the domain that you are trying to renew. The staff will need this information at the very least.

  If your domain expired on 4/24/2015 it should be in the Redemption period now. So good chance that you will be able to get it back with a late fee.

  What is the URL of the underlying .wordpress.COM hosted blog that you refer to?

  Exactly which WordPress.COM username account registered that URL?

  What is the URL of the “domain” that you refer to?

  http://www.austinfreebarpoker.com is the domain that I need to renew.

  If I can get an email from someone from WP, I am happy to provide the rest of the identifying information like transaction ID etc.

  I have had this domain since 2011.
