Having said that, assuming you built the website with WordPress, it seems your site was hosted with another web host and used the open-source WordPress software (which functions differently than what WordPress.com offers). For help with WordPress sites hosted outside of WordPress.com, you have two options:
1.) You can seek assistance at the open-source WordPress.org forums, where they will be better equipped to help:

As the site was hosted with a separate provider and not the WordPress.com managed hosting, the WordPress.com team does not have access to the files and data of the site.
Ultimately, support here at https://wordpress.com/forums/ is mainly for the WordPress.com hosting platform; that is, for WordPress websites hosted here at WordPress.com.
