  I created an account when we were first trying to decide what to do and now I can not access the real account.
  cksjf was and experiment.
  the person that made the website and did not get to finish has resigned we must renew our account and domain names we are a non profit and have to use volunteers

  how can I get our account and domain names renewed and how do I remove the user blog below

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  The only way to get access to a different account is via the Account Recover form, but that form will require you to provide proof that you are the owner. If the account belongs to someone else, you’ll need to get that person to transfer the upgrades and site to you instead, or to give you access to that account.

  We cannot give unverified users access to any account, nor can we transfer or otherwise make changes to an upgrade without the permission of the upgrade owner.
