I need to renew my domain
-
I need to renew my domain and it won’t let me because of the fact that it expired in Aug. The website tells me to contact support to renew my domain but it takes me to this page instead. There doesn’t seem to be a way to contact them about this. This has been this way since i tried to renew it in September. I have tried everything. Can anyone help me? This has gotten way out of hand and I need my domain to be renewed!
I have a blog that is hosted separately with a different company (www.hellomisspatterson.com) – I bought the domain name originally from wordpress.com when i started out my blog there.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Unfortunately, we no longer control the domain hellomisspatterson.com and cannot renew it for you. All of your content is still available through this email address: http://antopatterson.wordpress.com/
I removed the expired domain upgrade from your account, to avoid further confusion.
We attempted to inform your domain’s expiration (via email and dashboard notices). It was possible to recover the domain for some weeks after its expiration (Gabriel responded to your email request and explained the recovery options in September 2012), but because of the time lapsed, the domain was sent back to the registrar who then sold it to a new owner. This support article describes the expiration process in detail, if you are interested: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/
Here is the publicly available contact information of the new domain owner: http://whois.domaintools.com/hellomisspatterson.com
You could try contacting them to see if they will send the domain to you. Please be sure to use a reputable online purchasing site for this transaction, if it happens.
I am sorry I was not able to help you more in this case.
