    Hi there,

    You can check under your ‘Purchases’ section if you domain renew option is visible.

    I am adding modlook tag to this thread so someone from staff will assist you more on this.

    Domain Expiration

    There could be a delay in response as most of the staff are away for a conference.

    Hi there,

    Your domain pipasypepas.com has expired and it’s now on hold. This means that we may still be able to recover your domain at its regular renewal price of $26.

    For that, I have already emailed you a payment request. Please reply back if you have submitted the payment so that we can begin the recovery process.

    Please note that if in the meantime your domain enters into redemption, then a late renewal fee of $80 will be added to the regular price of renewal. This fee is charged by the domain registry and is not one that we can waive.
