I need to renew my domain and there is not Store on Dashboard

I have a couple of problems. One is that it seems the only way to renew my domain is to go to stores on the dashboard, which is not there. The second is that my domain does not show in the place where I can manage my blog on wordpress.com . I don’t know how to contact the domain company wordpress uses so I totally don’t know what to do. I keep getting notices that my domain will be expiring soon, but when I click the button to renew it says I don’t have access. HELP!

There is no domain mapping upgrade for smartofficehelp.com ate WordPress.COM. We provide support only for blogs being hosted WordPress.COM and not for WordPress.ORG software installs. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

Thank you for your response timetheif. OK, I was loggin under Smart office help, so it was not picking up the wrong domain. the domain is lizforaday.com. I log back in and Stores was there. I still have an issue, I want to change my domain to a different web hosting company, because I have this issue every year. Usually I just give up, pay and end up right back where I started a year later. I’m sure it is just me, but I want to change to a less complicated web host. Any way, I ask that the transfer codes be emailed to me or should I say I clicked the option to have them emailed to me. I’m not receiving them. I can’t figure out what email is on file. It could be an old work email that I have no access to any more, however I am receiving the upgrade emails on my personal email account. So I’m not sure why I’m not getting the transfer codes on that same emails. who do I need to contact to get those. I apologize for being so scattered. I really want to resolve this matter. Thanks in advance.
