i need to renew my domain but its in redemption

i didnt receive an email telling me my domain yearly subscription had expired now my site has closed down and my domain name bangsaray-property.com is in redemption, i need to get it live again if possible. please help, thank you

Hi there,

If your domain is now in the redemption period you can still renew your domain WordPress.com. The registrar charges a $80 late renewal fee in addition to the $26 WordPress.com charges to renew the domain. The good news is that this is still a chance of reclaiming the domain through this option.

Hi bangsarayproperty ,

bangsaray-property.com expired on 2017-08-04 which is why you are no longer able to renew it from your account. The domain is currently in the redemption period:

Recover an Expired or Cancelled Domain

We can still try to recover it but you will need to pay an $80 redemption fee in addition to the $26 domain cost. If you agree, I can send a payment request for that amount and contact our domain registrar once it has been paid.

If you don’t want to pay the fee you can wait until the domain is released, although this can take 80 days or more. There is also no guarantee you will be the first to register it again so it is a risky option.

We sent several emails to the address on your Account Settings page 3 months ago. If that address is up to date and you didn’t receive the emails, they may have gone to your spam folder.

When the domain expired your site reverted back to its free WordPress.com address, bangsarayproperty.wordpress.com. You can still view the content using that URL.

Please let me know whether you would like to go ahead and pay the redemption fee and domain cost.

Yes i would very much like to pay the fee and request my domain, please can you send me a request for it then. thank you.

where will you send it to? my email pompom23@googlemail is not working either i am having a nightmare at the moment, i have an email address linked to my site, (email visible only to moderators and staff) if it needs to be sent to an email address.

if not please advise me where i can pay and how. thanks again.

where will you send it to?

The payment request will be sent to the email address on your Account Settings page. If that email address no longer works, please update it using these steps and let me know when you’ve done so. I’ll then send the payment address there.

ok i am into my email that is the original one (email visible only to moderators and staff).

now i have put in a request to change it and theres no need, a mess i am sorry about this, now i dont know which one is ACTUALLY my account set email.

i have passwords etc for all email adresses now so you can send payment request to whichever one is linked to the account now please
