  you have helped me no end, usually i am very organised , no idea what happened in this case :)

  i have been so worried, it wont happen again, 1st time i have used my own domain etc, hopefully will be ok in the end

  These things happen sometimes but I’ll try and help you get back on track :) Keeping the email address on your account up to date is the most important thing because that’s where we notify you if there are any problems with your account or renewals.
