I need to renew my domain: HOW?

  I keep getting Emails that regard renewing my domain, but when I click on the link the WordPress page says: ‘You don’t have any WordPress sites yet’ with an image of a sea monster hugging a ‘W.’ I do, however, have a site! Someone please help me renew my domain. My latest Email message said there is no recorded card details, but I just updated card details. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
