I NEED TO RENEW MY DOMAIN NAME

My domian name expired yesterday _ NO I WAS NOT ALERTED TO THIS FACT YESTERDAY. I need to renew TODAY. I need to speak to someone.

The reason you are not able to renew your domain is because it is connected to a different account than the one you are contacting us from. Also, we do send several alerts leading up to the renewal date, and you may not have received them because the address we sent them to isn’t the same as the e-mail under your account. It is the same e-mail associated with the upgrade.
To confirm ownership, if you can log into the username associated with the account, I’d be happy to assist you in renewing the upgrade.

I was logged in. I am not creator but took over the account from a member of our staff who is on an extended (over a year) leave. I paid for the renewal last year I need to pay this year and need to pay now!!!!

No worries, we’ll get this sorted. I will not allow the domain to get lost.
So, you do have access to the account associated with the upgrade? If so, post in here and I’ll help you get the site renew immediately.
If you do not, you’ll either have to get the owner of the account to post here to verify the renewal, OR, if you purchased the upgrade yourself last year, all I’ll need is the PayPal transaction ID you received when you purchased it.
Let me know how you’d like to proceed and I’ll assist you ASAP.

Never mind, I needed to update this site with urgent information but NO ONE FROM WORD PRESS IS AVAILABLE VIA PHONE OR DID NOT ANSWER MY REQUEST FOR URGENT INFORMATION.

I DID NOT UPGRADE LAST YEAR I RENEWED THE URL WHICH IS WHAT I WANT TO DO NOW NO I DO NOT HAVE THE TRANSACTION ID FROM LAST YEAR.
I WANT westorangeea.org I will pay the $26 to renew BUT I NEED TO BE ABLE TO COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION ON THE WORDPRESS WEBSITE.

Hi there,
I know you are referring to the custom domain, westorangeea.org. The issue is, for security reasons, I need proof of ownership either through your e-mail address or PayPal transaction ID in order to give you access to the domain. I recognize that you renewed the domain last year, but also for security reasons, we disabled the feature for others to renew upgrades if they are not owners.
I will e-mail you privately to see what else we can do to sort this out.

Also, I removed your last post because you provided your login information and this is a public forum. So – I didn’t run the risk of any security issues occurring.
