Hi there,
Your domain has expired and it is now on hold. The good news is that we may still be able to recover your domain at its regular renewal price of $18 and for that, I have already emailed you a payment request. Please reply back if you have submitted the payment so that we can begin the recovery process.
Please note that if in the meantime your domain enters into redemption, then a late renewal fee of $80 will be added to the regular price of renewal. This fee is charged by the domain registry and is not one that we can waive.

I just noticed that for staff to reply to your queries on the forum, you have to tag them? I have submitted a query an hour ago and was expecting a reply since my website is dead for my audience and it’s very problematic for me. please help -
