Thanks for getting in touch — unfortunately this domain expired a while ago and is in redemption now. The registrar charges an extra fee to get it back.
We’re sending an invoice for the renewal and redemption fee. When you see that, click the invoice to pay, then update us here to let us know it’s done.

I did not receive email notification at all.
It was there and all of a sudden it was not anymore.
I always paid attention to my domains and they are all correctly renewed. I suspect that there was an error on this case.
I’m looking for receipts.
But I’ll wait for the invoice to pay and renew it as soon as possible.

No, you do not need to do anything else. We’re still waiting for our registry partner to get back to us. When they reply, we’ll restore the domain to your account and let you know here :)
