I need to renew my domain — portland-advertising.com — and it's not on my Purchases page

  I keep getting renewal notices telling me I can renew my domain on the ‘Manage Purchases’ page, but the only thing on the page is an ‘upgrade’ offer link. I don’t want to upgrade, just renew the domain.

  How can I find it?

  Hey there, According to the WHOIS search I just did for your above domain philbernstein.com, it looks like you should be contacting FastDomain/BlueHost for renewal. I’m not certain why you would be getting notices from WordPressdotcom.

  Whoops — I did a copy-and paste without paying attention. The domain I’m actually trying to renew is portland-advertising.com.

  It redirects to http://www.philbernstein, but the one WordPress is writing to me about is portland-advertising.com.

  Thanks for clarifying. If you don’t see the domain renewal in this username account, check that you are logged in with the username account that bought the domain.

  Hi there,

  To renew that domain you need to be logged in as the username who bought it, philbernstein. Log out of this account and log in as that one, and you’ll see the domain on your Purchases page, here:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/
