I need to renew my domain that has expired

  I need to renew my expired domain.
  As it has expired, there is no “Renew domain” button on the “my upgrades” page
  Please let me know how to do this

  The domain can still be renewed, but you’ll need to be logged in as the user who purchased the domain in order to renew it.

  ahh that’s why! I am admin but not the purchaser. Issue is now resolved, thank you all
