I need to renew my subscription and no renew button is available.

It looks like catbirdsandbutterflies.com. expired so long ago that it has reverted to the wild so anyone can purchase it –
try registering (buying) the name again – you can’t renew it since it has reverted to the wild
Sometimes old records hang around on an account so I have flagged this for the staff to review your account, however they are on a company meetup plotting how to rule the world or something like that so they are a bit backed up with requests

We still had the old domain records for catbirdsandbutterflies.com in our system. I have cleared those out so you should be free to now register the domain again and map it to your blog.
