I need to renew my expired domain, but there is no button in My Upgrades?

  My domain expired and I need to renew it so that I can transfer it to my 1and1 host, but there is not a button in My Upgrades for that. How do I renew it? Is there a way for me to transfer it to 1and1 without paying for the renewal through wordpress?
