  How do I renew my domain, when the renew now page , is not available.

  Correct account: Yes

  What subscription are you trying to renew? It must be under a different WordPress.com account, as the one you are contacting us from does not have any history of purchases. Do you happen to have another account?
  
  Please provide the domain associated with the purchase, and we can look up the account.
