    Hi there!

    The account that owns the upgrade for sewenergy.org.uk is under a different user account than the one you’re currently logged into now. You would need to log out and log in using the correct account to manage that domain and plan.

    If you don’t remember the user account and if you have the transaction IDs from last year’s charges on this account, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:

    Just fill out as much information as you have, including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:
